Over the last several months the SGG team has been supporting an industry leading architecture software company as they transition from Dynatrace AppMon to Dynatrace Managed. Currently, 25+ enterprise applications have been migrated. Throughout the transition SGG has re-implemented all of the business critical requirements previously provided by Dynatrace AppMon some of which include dashboards, custom metrics configuration, integrations with ServiceNow, BigPanda and InfluxDB. Additionally, the SGG team has assisted with implementing features newly provided by Dynatrace Managed such as integration with AWS and monitoring for Dockerized, Fargate and Lambda applications. The SGG team’s expert level knowledge of Dynatrace Managed and top-notch project management abilities have ensured a smooth transition for the client.
